As per the Terms and Conditions  the return of goods shall not be accepted unless agreed in writing with us, to arrange this please contact customer services on 01277 362 088.

Please note that if the items have been delivered correctly (i.e. as ordered by the buyer) and with no defects or shortages then returns will only be accepted if they are in perfect unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and in addition there may be a restocking charge levied.

Private Customers

On receipt of your order, you have the right to cancel any order placed on this website within seven working days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered, without giving reason. The exception to this is where Goods are personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification in which case you cannot cancel or return the order unless the Goods are incorrect or faulty.

On cancellation for whatsoever reason you must return the goods in their original condition to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods, in which case we will arrange the return of the goods. If goods are not returned by you we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund due to you, as per the Terms and Conditions.

In all cases, before returning anything please contact our Customer Services department with the following details:

The relevant account number and the order number.
The goods which need to be returned.
Reason for return.
